| The Office
This is where the owner, Vivian Saunders can be found doing paperwork for the most part. All horse records, release forms, and all that boring stuff can be found here, as well as a few students hanging around.

| The Back Barn |
| Stalls
This is where all the school horses are kept.

| Feed Room
Located at the end of the back barn, there's a large feedroom. The younger students like to climb the hay and share secrets here.

All the school tack and the students who don't own a horse keep their stuff back here. It's...Decent.

| Pole Barn
This is literally a hitching post by the tack room for the school horses to be tacked up, commonly called the 'pole barn' for some weird reason.

| Riding Areas |
| Ring A
This is where all the jumpers practice. The jumps usually are high, but can be lowered for the younger riders. It's the largest ring.

| Ring B
The hunter riders practice here. The jumps range from height, but are usually set at 3"0' or lower. It is the second largest ring on the property.

| Ring C
Ahh, the pony ring. The jumps never get higher than short stirrups height. There's six jumps in here, and it's a decent size. The jumps get taken out for the western and dressage riders who practice in here.

| Round Pen
This is where the very first beginner lessons take place, and horses get lunged. It is covered, however.

| Grass Ring
It's a random grass ring. Most games and stuff happen here, not to mention large groups that organize trails meet here.

| Trails
These trails range in size and difficulty, and they're marked very clearly. Don't spend too much time out, though!

| The Property |
| Wash Racks
This is where all the horses get washed. They all have individual supplies and hoses. Make sure to clean up after you're finished.

| The Paddocks
This is where all horses can be turned out.

| The Rider's Lounge
This is where all the riders come to hang out, students and boarders. It's a building a bit off of the front barn where orientations are held, movies are shown, and all that good stuff.

| The Homes
There are several homes on the property, including some of the groom's, riding instructors, and a family rents a house every now and then.

| Showgrounds |
| Delray
The name of the place is "Sunshine Meadows" or something stupid like that, so we just call it, affectionately, Delray. It hosts events for hunters, jumpers, and dressage riders, not to mention there's a track for trotters.

| Westwood
The grounds are literally huge. These are the most popular showgrounds for small shows and they host shows all the time, catering the most to the Hunter/Jumper riders.

| Heritage Acres
These show grounds are quaint and in the middle of basically nowhere. But they draw in a unique crowd. They cater to the western riders.

| WEF
Ah, the Winter Equestrian Festival. Probably the furthest drive from Cocoplum. There's hundreds of rings here and the place goes on as far as the eye can see. Not only do they host the WEF shows, the off-season is very busy, too. All types of riders show here.

| Huntington
This place is dreadfully small, however, it's the nicest of the showgrounds visited. The spacious ring is used solely for dressage, and there's always plenty of events going on here.

| The Town |
| The Spoon
A small restaraunt that's feature is home-made country food. A lot of the riders eat here and hang outside a lot of the time.

| Starbucks Coffee
A Starbucks (or Fivebucks, as most of the residents say) opened up just recently here. They've got free Wi-Fi, too. So, stop by whenever!

| Twin Lake
Twin Lake was named for the two identical lakes that are beside each other. One is specifically for the use of people; swimming, canoeing, fishing, kayaking. The other, however, is marked for horses and people with pets. It's a very secluded, shady place. Perfect for pinics, and a unique experience. Be it going to the "beach" by yourself, or with a four-legged companion.

| The Swimming Pool
It's a local swimming pool, which is actually a very nice place. The spring and summer months are when this place is packed.

| The Arcade
It's a dingy place, featuring very-old fashioned consoles but still is very popular.

| Super Wheels
This is where all the teenagers usually hang out. It's a large rollerskating ring with a dance floor and DJ booth in the middle. They play all the latest music and have couple's skate, too. How cute.

| Tackeria
This is the local tack shop. It sells everything for horses and a lot of horsey-related stuff for people. Whatever they don't have, you can order and they'll call you when it gets into the store.

| Cinema
A very small theater which plays a very limited selection of movies.

| Bowling Alley
Come bowling with your friends here. Lots of kids have their birthday parties here. But there's a good bar, I hear.

| Cocoplum Arena
This arena is the pride and joy of the town. The circus, some horse events, and concerts happen here. When something or someone comes in here, notices go out beforehand.

| Treetops Park
This spacious park is home to horse trails, bike trails, playgrounds, shelters for parties, cute paths, and a place to get away. You can find all sorts of things here. Either paddleboats on the lake, or trying to venture out to the open space where you usually can find riders and their horses having races and enjoying themselves, anything is possible here. Overnights with the horses are usually announced a few weeks in advanced for people who want a new experience with their horse and human buddies.
